The event will feature relevant sessions and facilitate discussions around topics like healthcare access, social determinants of health, cutting-edge technology and other challenges facing our communities. By bringing together thought leaders in both medical education and clinical healthcare to address these, and other topics, we can build positive change - together.

 

Registration

1. Assist the healthcare practitioner and team in adapting to changing health care delivery environments.
2. Support faculty development as postgraduate medical educators and leaders.

The University of Toledo designates this activity for a maximum of 4.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)^TM .  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing no less than 20 days before the course will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date. Please send cancellation requests to University of [email protected].

University of Toledo Healthcare System reserves the right to cancel or postpone this program if necessary; in the event of cancellation, course fees will be fully refunded. We are not responsible for other costs incurred such as non-refundable airline tickets or hotel penalties.
